Super delicious Japanese style Pizza, Cafe BITTER SWEET

Walking 7 minutes from Kamakura station, there is a fancy Italian cafe called "Cafe BITTER SWEET." You can eat Kamakura vegetables and special pizza for lunch.

The menu has pictures so that you can choose from it, but please try "Today's special salad" and "Shirasu & Sakura shrimp pizza."

Kamakura vegetables are famous in this area. The farmers grow not only Japanese but also western vegetables with less agricultural chemicals and fertilizer. Many Italian and French chefs buy Kamakura vegetables for their restaurants.

Today's special salad, 1,200 JPY. Sprinkle a little olive oil and salt. This is very tasty, I mean, each vegetable itself has its own thick taste and I could not stop eating them. Various kinds of vegetables are on the plate, I even do not know some name of them.

And this is "Shirasu & Sakura shrimp pizza," JPY1,250. Shirasu is young sardines in Japanese, and Sakura means cherry blossom in Japanese, the shrimp was names after the color of pink. Both of them match with cheese, and the pizza dough is also delicious and fluffy.
