The Red Brick Warehouse is located in Mitato-mirai area in Yokohama city. There are two warehouses, No.1 was built in 1913, and No.2 was built in 1911 with the conglomeration of leading architecture as the model warehouses representing Japan. The Red Brick Warehouse is called as "Akarenga Soko" in Japanese, and known as a sightseeing spot.
Even though the warehouse was completed its task in 1989, Yokohama city repaired and reproduced as a new commercial facility.
Young people come here for shopping on weekend.
Even now, we can see the warehouse which used to be in the old days. The stone floor of Red Brick square has not been replaced since its establishment, and the rail tracks of the freight trains are still seen.
The ceiling of the shopping area is "corrugated ceiling", which were imported from Germany when it was built.
Various kinds of soap.
Please come at daytime and night time.
