KIMONO PHOTO STUDIO WA has finally Opened!! 

KIMONO PHOTO STUDIO WA has opened on Oct1. We offers photo session for you in gorgeous kimono. WA is a Japanese word meaning harmony, unity, friendship, and peace. I would like you to enjoy your photo session in a peaceful time. 

All of our authentic Japanese kimonos are hand-selected by professional kimono makers and weaved from genuine silk. We made them easy to dress in so that you do not get tired and can enjoy Japanese culture during the photo session. We serve you Japanese powdered green tea after, please relax after you wear a heavy kimono.

The style of our kimonos is called "Uchikake", which was the popular style worn by aristocratic women living in castles during the feudal era. Even Japanese women do not wear this style of kimono often. 

We have couple plans as well. They look like a prince and a princess in a castle, don't they?

One kimono of your choice from our Basic Selection, Japanese hair accessories.
Kimono dressing experience
Portrait sitting with 1 background, at least 10 cuts with a selection of traditional Japanese props
Choose 1 photo and will be printed in 13x18cm (5"x7") size.
JPY 6,800 + TAX / takes 1.5 hour
For data, JPY1,000+ TAX  for 1 digital image and JPY5,000+ TAX  for all digital images. 

We have kimonos for kids, please let us know your kids' heights, sexes, and ages when you make reservation.

We offer Matcha green tea with sweets after the photo shooting, and you can take your kimono photo with your own camera as well. (Only in the fitting room, not in the studio, though)

COUPLE PLAN
One kimono of your choice from our Basic Selection for women, one men's kimono, natural hair setting with Japanese fashion accessories. 
Kimono dressing experience for two people
Portrait sitting with 3 backgrounds, at least 60 cuts with a selection of traditional Japanese props
Choose 2 high-resolution images to be burned onto your CD-R. The same 2 images will be printed in 13x18cm (5"x7") size and presented to you in paper matting.
