Craving for Sea urchin? Hakodate Uni Murakami

If you come to Hokkaido, taste fresh seafood. Hokkaido is famous for delicious seafood, especially for salmon, salmon roe, sea urchin (in Japanese Uni), and crab.  Today, we went to "Hakodate Uni Murakami" located near Sapporo station.  This restaurant was on the Michelin guide of Hokkaido edition in 2012.

The main restaurant is located in Hakodate (southern part of Hokkaido), and second restaurant is located in Sapporo.  This restaurant is under the direct management of sea urchin processing company, and no food additives (alum) are used for the meals here.

The potatoes named Incan Awaking with raclette cheese.  These potatoes are sweeter than regular potatoes, taste very different.  Hokkaido is also famous for delicious potatoes.

Dinner time budget is about JPY5,000 ~, Lunch time budget is about JPY1,000 ~ JPY3,000.
